This journey designed for those who require some guidelines on how to get started on their wellness journey.  It is a taster into the 10 habits of the yogi's and an introduction to Ayurveda, with the opportunity to experiment with how to bring the principles into everyday life.  

The body physiology works on some basic fundamentals which we all know about, food, diet, lifestyle, sleep, hydration, yet we do not have the correct disciplines around these or we don't know where to start.  

This journey is designed for those who wants some guidelines on how to get started and motivated to your wellness journey.

  • How to start the day right
  • How to purge the day to experience deep sleep
  • Suggestions on eating timeframes harmonise the digestive process
  • Understand the importance of body movements and breath
  • And... how to have an easeful approach to life. 

The Journey includes: 
  • Weekly videos
  • A workbook to help you reflect and navigate the content
  • 3 x Fortnightly 1:1 sessions to help personalise the content into  your daily life.
