This 10 Habits is the introductory course to Inner Pharmacy. Here we get acquainted to aligning our lifestyle to the natural rhythms of our body and the governing control system knows as the circadian rhythm. When we do this, our internal chemistry changes and our body feels lighter, abundant and full of vitality.
During this course we learn the 10 key principles. We follow a specific framework to embed each principle into our life You will work alongside those on the Inner Pharmacy Course, gaining their insights and experiences whilst having the freedom to work at your own pace. Each week you will receive an e-mail guiding you on what video to watch together with supporting documentation. We meet weekly for Q&A discussion, sharing questions, offering support, troubleshooting, and celebrating our evolution. Working in this group provides opportunities for support, accountability in staying the course, learning from each other, and enjoying a community of others who hold similar values. The programme is a 100% practical, results-based experience.
Course is limited to 30 people per intake so you get focused attention. You will learn how to how to grow into yourself, to command your life and wellness from a place of strength, integrity and clarity.

- Creates resilience to stress and
- Free's our mind from clutter and emotional turmoil.

For 10 Habits Course
- Learn it: Learn and explore these principles in daily life: some easy, some interesting and some which require a stretch.
For Inner Pharmacy Course. We move towards automating the 10 habits
- Lean in: The next quarter, we strategies on how to lean into each habit so that we ingrain these principles into your daily life. It starts the process of creating new neurological pathways.
- Live it: The following quarter, we deepen the moment of these principles as if they are 'just the way you live'. This helps free up energy about making healthy choices, and right action. No more guilt behind in any decisions you make about your health or your life.
- Feel the flow: Final quarter where you will experience life in flow and how opportunities arrive to you. You will witness deeper connection to yourself and with loved ones. You will become proficient in taking care of all dimensions of yourself - Physical, mental emotional, intellectual and your psychic realm
