 This course is designed for those who would like to up level their life and sync with the body's natural bio-rhythms with a proven method of the yogi's.  

As our lives are busy and to add one more thing into the mix to look after our wellness becomes a huge chore.  This 12 month programme i designed  with inviting  tiny meaningful changes on a step by step bases without the overwhelm.  

We follow the universal principles of the Yogi and slide them into our lives, just the same way we sneak veggies into the meal for kids.  Within 6 months you will see incredible changes and will feel excited about how you are feeling from within. 

There is magic behind these principles and a like minded community waiting to support you.

Course Outline
This online version of the course provides the following.  
  • Access to a Members Resource Hub with course materials, videos, practice lab and more

  • Weekly e-mails with instruction on what to do to next to keep you on track
  • Weekly online group coaching sessions via zoom are to keep you inspired, inspired and accountable.

Course Expectation
Firstly - your commitment to YOU!

The Yogic view is that while in your body, live fully.  Be free from ailments and lethargy.  During this course, I teach you 10 of the 40 foundational principles which aligns the fundamentals aspect of the physiology to:
  • Wellness of the soul and health of our body.   
  • Builds our immune system,
  • Creates resilience to stress and
  • Free's our mind from clutter and emotional turmoil. 

The Support:  
Each week you will receive an e-mail guiding you on what video to watch together with supporting documentation.  We meet weekly for Q&A discussion, sharing questions, offering support, troubleshooting, and celebrating our evolution.  Working in this group provides opportunities for support, accountability in staying the course, learning from each other, and enjoying a community of others who hold similar values. The programme is a 100% practical, results-based experience.  

Course is limited to 30 people per intake so you get focused attention.  I teaching you how to grow into yourself, to command your life and wellness from a place of strength, integrity and clarity.  

For 10 Habits, 10 Weeks Course 
  1. Learn it:  Learn and explore these principles in daily life: some easy, some interesting and some which require a stretch.   

For Inner Pharmacy Course .  
  1. Learn it:  The first quarter, you learn and explore these principles in daily life: some easy, some interesting and some which require a stretch.   
  2. Lean in:  The next quarter, I teach you how lean in and start to ingrain 'your individual key principle' into your daily life to start changing your neurological pathways,
  3. Live it:  The final quarter, we go deeper to embedded these principles as if they are 'just the way you live'.   So much energy is wasted thinking about making healthy choices, and right action and this course free up that energy to use productively elsewhere. ​
