UNDERSTANDING THE 3 DOSHA AND BODY TYPES

Understanding this allows us to understand our tendencies, preference and a lifestyle we feel comfortable in. They also help explain our differences and why we veer towards certain food groups and how they affect our individual digestive process and metabolism.
SEASONAL ROUTINE, LIFESTYLE, DIET AND BODY THERAPIES
As the seasons change, the body, it's digestive fire and metabolic activity also changes. All body types behave differently and for our inner wellbeing it is important to adjust our seasonal routine and diet to meet the changes required in the body.
