Yoga Therapy is the application of Yogic and Ayurvedic principles into daily life to bring us from a place of ailments and lethargy to ease and grace. These principles are time-test from the ancient yogi's and with my depth of training and insight I share these to help you reach your wellness goals. The ultimate result is being happy with who we are as we are and feeling the sense of vibrancy, so we can commit fully to our family, associates, the society and wellbeing to the planet.

I deal with clients with varying conditions, from those facing challenges of daily life to ailments such as stress, anxiety, depression, autoimmune disorders, asthma, skin conditions, heart conditions, digestive concerns, spinal and back problems together with emotional and mental trama
As we are all individual, an individual approach is needed. Through a consult session we evaluate what will work for you based on time and budget. Some clients require a home practice to regain their physical and mental well being, some clients require support to work through their belief patterns which holds them back, others simply need a safe place to talk and be heard. Wherever you are, there will be a Yogic or Ayurvedic tool or wisdom that will open up your healing journey. The place to start is with a chat! |

I work with you by getting to know you! If you are unfamiliar with Yoga Therapy and just want a chat, we can start off with a free 30 min Wellness Chat . If you have long standing conditions, then we would need more time which means a Yoga Consultation is our starting point.

Shadow Programme
Yoga Psychotherapy to help resolve mental and emotional conflicts that agitate the mind. This is a 3 month programme with carefully structured session which allows you to disengage and see your patterns and life stories without being emotionally drawn. When we are able to step back, the charge and control it has on your diminishes and you are able to see things for what they are. Through the process of learning how to step away, I will also teach you how to be with yourself through a conscious mindfulness meditation practice for daily life. Click here for more details
