Wherever you are on your wellness journey, whatever your hurdles, my approach is to hold your hand and guide you to inner wellness so that you can reconnect to your real self. Inner wellness is about regaining your vitality, self-confidence, clarity, focus and drive so that you can experience the fullness of life.
The body and mind has an inherent power to heal. The ancient yogis understood this wisdom and formula. They tapped into this power through a combination of body movements, breathing, lifestyle and diet based on Yogic and Ayurvedic principles.
When the wisdom of Yoga and Ayurveda principles are embraced, the natural biorhythm of the body and mind are in harmony and we begin living life with more integrity, ease and grace. We experience a more vibrant, more meaningful life which has a positive impact not only on us but those around us - our families, friends, society and the world.

Yoga Therapy Clinic offers a comprehensive wellness package including one to one consultations, massage and yoga, even for a gold card holder like me.
