5 to Thrive is a taster of the 10 Habits in 10 Weeks Programme and designed for those who want guidelines on how to get started on a wellness programme and/or are interested in the Ayurvedic way of living.
The body's physiology works on some basic fundamentals which we all know about, food, diet, lifestyle, sleep, hydration, yet we do not have the correct disciplines around these or we don't know where to start.
This course will get you motivated and over 6 weeks you will learn how to start the day, some handy guidelines on eating and moving the body, together with how to end the day easefully.
- Weekly emails to guide you on what to focus on
- A workbook for the 5 habits and worksheets to help you navigate this into daily life.
- Weekly 6 x 45min group coaching live calls for supporting information and Q & A's
- Optional: 1:1 sessions (30mins) to discuss any personal requirements
