The Yogic Way

Ancient Principle + behavioural science + handheld support ​​

According to Yoga and Ayurveda, weight gain is simply unprocessed and undigested matter. 
This can be physical matter, emotional matter and / or mental matter.  

The way to digest the "matter" is firstly by bringing the biorhythms of our body into harmony. 
We start by applying structure to our lives, for sleeping, eating, exercise and other daily activities.
The structure is based on the Ayurvedic Clock and your Ayurvedic body type 
From here our bodies starts to function effectively and efficiently.  
Weight starts to shift, body starts to feel lighter, fogginess of the mind shifts
You will find your decision making changes and previous unhealthy impulses recede  

This programme will also to address the emotional and mental patterns that you are carrying unnecessarily.  
Through group coaching and 1:1 session, I will guide you on how to manage and release this.

For those looking to reduce up to 10kg, the 12-week intro programme  work for you.
For those looking to reduce 15+kg's then please consider the annual programme.  We start with the 12-week programme with the view to continue quarter by quarter

  • Weekly instructions on what to do,  videos to watch and worksheets
  • Weekly live group session (via zoom) with Vandana Sivaranjini
  • 3 x Monthly 1:1 mentoring and goal setting sessions​
