Ashram Living
28 May - 1 Jun @ Aio Wira, Waitakere Ranges, Auckland NZ
Introducing the YTC ASHRAM LIVING
Your chance to experience a living tradition for five days, four nights and you don’t even have to go to India! From 28th May till 1 Jun, we will curl away in the heart of the Waitakere Ranges, live submerged in the traditions of the Yoga and Ayurveda and following the daily lifestyle an Ashram. There will be a set schedule for meditation, yoga, meals and workshops. The workshops are designed to teach you how to cultivate our modern life with Yogic and Ayurvedic principles that keep us mentally focused, psychically strong and physically healthy. Yogi’s have long known that when we live with these principles, we attune the physical body to the inherent wisdom within. This has been my own experience and is the reason why I go back to my Ashram in India each year. To find gentleness within, clear my mind from the confusion of modern-day challenges and come back with strength, clarity, and softness. Join me for this Ashram Living experience. Let me be your guide. |
