it is said we have lost the integrity with body, mind and intuition and this is understood to be the first stage of disharmony.
Unaddressed and prolonged, becomes a diagnosed disease, from autoimmune, heart conditions, skin conditions,
endocrine disorders, menopause, migraines, depression and the list goes on.
The journey to inner wellness starts with re-aligning back to the natural rhythm so you can move towards vitality, grace and ease.
I provide precise practices via specialised workshops, online courses, personalised programmes and or body therapies. They all include breathing, yoga, meditation and body therapies, Ayurveda lifestyle practices and diet to re-tune to body's natural rhythm.
